DATA PROCESSING AND STATISTICAL DATA PROCESSING

In this section we made a quantitative analysis of the data collected with interviews and direct surveys on accessibility.
The information collected through the questionnaire are very different in their nature: some of them cannot be directly compared or cannot be used in a quantitative analysis.
So we decided to make a selection in order to find out data that could be reasonably compared and on which to make statistical data processing.

The data processed concern the following subjects:

Accessibility to a disabled person of the different means of transport (percentages concern each form of transport)
Accessibility to a disabled person of public transport lines
Accessibility of the relative infrastructures
Existence of an assistance and information service for people with disabilities.
Specific staff training concerning the requirements and needs of people with disabilities.
